SUNSTONE - PHYSICAL & METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Sunstone was used by the Canadian Indians in Medicine rituals to help the spirit guides access the healing power of the Sun. When contact with the spirit guides was successful, the stone was said to glow a bright gold. The Greeks adored goblets with Sunstone to prevent poisoning. They believed Sunstone improved the life force, increased vitality and brought plenty. In India, the stone was used to protect the wearer from destructive forces.
