STRAWBERRY QUARTZ- PHYSICAL & METAPHYSICAL PROPERT

Strawberry quartz crystal is a very rare stone. It is also very popular now. Many examples of this stone available on the market now are actually glass so beware. All of our strawberry quartz is natural. The most logical explanation I can find regarding it's formation is that the clear quartz formed at the same time and in the same spot as hematite and the lovely red color comes from the iron in the hematite seeping into the quartz as the two formed. As you can see in the picture, the stone is not pink but rather a mixture of red and clear or white. According to Melody's "Love is in the Earth", Strawberry Quartz was used in Atlantis and Lemuria in healing ceremonies and to stimulate recall of the "beginning". Strawberry quartz was held by the high council, those being the most spiritually developed of the realm.
